إنَّ المقصود من انتفاء الظلم زمن الظهور المقدس هو امتلاء الأرض بالعدل، وعدم حيف الحكام على الرعيّة، وفي حالة جور أحد الأفراد من الرعيّة فإنَّ العدل آنذاك يتحقق بأخذ الحق منه والانتصاف للمظلوم. وهذا معناه أنَّ تحقيق العدل لا يتوقف على عدم ظلم الناس بعضهم للبعض الآخر، ولذلك قالت الروايات أنّه يحكم بقضاء داوود وهكذا ينشر القضاء في أقطار الأرض مما يعني وجود الاختلافات والتنازع بين البشر.
